What happened to Frank Caliendo at the Monte Carlo? I was hoping to see him on an upcoming trip and it looks like he is no longer performing in Las Vegas. Can you give me the scoop?

I was wondering whatever happened to Lenny? He was on a Las Vegas reality TV show that followed the lives of 4 people in LV. I think it was on about ten years ago. Lenny was a compulsive gambler, who divorced his wife and moved to LV. Another one was a showgirl who worked in a topless afternoon production. There was also a professional poker player.

My husband and I will be coming to Vegas end of August/beginning of September. I would be VERY interested in doing a chef's table dining option, but cannot find any great resources for this. We are open to all dining styles/options/locations and would entertain sitting with other couples or a another group of people. I think this would be a really great treat for my husband - but can you advise of some good options that won't cost me my entire bankroll for the trip?
