It's been years since the dealers at Wynn Las Vegas and Caesars voted for union representation, yet no contract has been signed. Can it possibly take years to negotiate a contract if both sides are acting in good faith? Is there any chance of the government stepping in and forcing both sides into binding arbitration? Any information on the progress, or lack thereof, would be appreciated.

I just returned from a trip to Vegas. While there I observed what is obviously the start of a construction project on the corner lot between the Planet Hollywood and Harmon Avenue. A Las Vegas airline! How neat. Any idea when LV Air will go into service and when will they fly from Detroit? I’m tired of the major airlines ripping me off to go to Las Vegas. Even the "budjet" carriers boost the rates for flights to Las Vegas. They should do well from Detroit, since every flight I’ve been on to Las Vegas has been completely full.

Late last fall there was much in the press related to Wayne Newton seeking zoning approval to allow tours of Casa de Shenandoah and to build a small showroom across the street. My understanding is in spite of neighbors’ protests, he received the necessary approvals for this project. Can you provide an update on the status of the so called Graceland West?
