Can you discuss the legality of alcohol in limos? The property I used to stay at would pick my wife and I up in a limo and it was always stocked with beer. My host at a different property said they weren't allowed to have alcohol in their limos. Is it illegal to drink in a limo or to provide free drinks in them?

We've been playing Let It Ride since the game came out several years ago. Is there any way that the new shufflers can determine the hands, because for the past two years it seems like there are a lot fewer good ones being dealt, especially at the Indian casinos. On my last trip to Las Vegas I wanted to use the LVA coupon for the Cloud Nine balloon ride but could not find it. I don't have a car while in town but I had heard it was across from Mandalay Bay. I walked down there but couldn't see anything? Is it walkable from the Strip?
