The response was tremendous and you picked some places that we heartily agree with, some less so, and plenty we've never heard of and are now curious to try. At one time, it seemed like Las Vegas was opening more roller coasters than casinos. But then they started imploding them. How many roller coasters does Las Vegas have today?

Is successful sports betting more art or science?

In your recent QoD, you wrote that the Cosmopolitan "squashed" the old Jockey Club, completely hemming it in on three sides. How did that happen? Did they make some kind of deal? And what does the Jockey Club get out of it?

Some years back LVA had a story about a new housing addition that required all residents to be armed. How did that work out? Anyone hurt or lower crime rate?

What’s up with the Crystals mall in CityCenter. We were there a few weeks ago and the place was half-empty. Didn’t it open a year ago? Is it still a sign of the times that an upscale mall is struggling.
