What's the status of Las Vegas Fitzgeralds now that Don B has declared bankruptcy?

I am from Ohio and we recently approved four casinos in the state, even though there are still concerns over the location of the Columbus casino. Could an Indian tribe now build a casino since gambling is allowed in the State, even though the four were approved by a constitutional amendment?

One day we went to the Silverton Casino for lunch, only to find that their Buffet was closed. Another day, we stopped by the Stratosphere for lunch, and found their Buffet closed. What happened?
