Concerning slot machines. Do you think it is possible that some slot machines DO NOT have the highest jackpot combo in the chip? They could pay 200, 400, or 1,000 units, etc., often, but never pay the big one. How would anyone really know? Are the chips checked for this?

Living in Michigan I only get to Vegas once a year every October religiously. I am new to your Advisor so reading it brings me a new question. Most of the offers you highlight require you to sign up for the players club card to get the great offers. What if you already hold that casinos player club card are you still entitled to the special promotions? Visiting every year I already have most cards for the casinos I like. Am I still entitled to the Hooters new promo?

We have been visiting Las Vegas every year since 1982 and always stay at the Imperial Palace. Only for the last three years were we aware that they had a Medical Center. Since we seem to get sick every time we visit, we have been frequent patients at the center. However, this past May when we visited, we found it is no longer there. We were in Vegas recently (5/1 - 5/5) and had several cab drivers try to take us on round-about ways to get to our destination. Luckily, we have been to Vegas enough times to know the difference. One got very angry when we insisted he not take the highway from MGM to the Venetian. How often does this happen and what can someone do about it?
