We're coming out to Las Vegas this Christmas and bringing the kids. Is there anything that really stands out in Vegas this time of year that is a "must-see?" And what other Christmas-related events and displays will be available? Are there any additional activities not listed on the LVA site that would make a visit enjoyable for the whole family?

I was wondering if the topic of fitness has come up before? Specifically, hotels or other places in Las Vegas that offer classes (such as spinning) to out-of-town guests. My husband and I used to play 25¢ roulette at the former Binion's Horseshoe and on the Strip at Casino Royale, but they don't seem to offer it any longer. Also, how can I find the low-limit ($2 or $3) crap tables without traveling from casino to casino in search of them?
