How many casinos offer free shuttles to the airport and to other hotels and casinos?

Today, we decided to answer two questions in one, since they're so closely related and we've received several QoDs along these lines over the last year or so. Here's the first one: "We started going to Vegas in the late '70s and there have been so many changes since then. Could you show some maps comparing the locations of casinos on the Strip from past decades and now in 2006?" And, "We were married in Las Vegas in June of 1974. Is there a way to find out how the Strip looked in those days?"
