At this restaurant the wait staff consisted of topless and almost bottomless (un)dressed women. Does any such establishment exist in Las Vegas or is this purely Hollywood fantasy?

There was a shrine (not sure what kind) at Caesars Palace for years which was donated by someone (duh!) and I think it was supposed to always face east and I think Caesars said they would never move it. In 1967 I worked briefly in Las Vegas and the Hacienda was the extreme south end of the Strip. Now it's difficult to remember exactly where it was, and how far south the Strip has grown. Do you have any interesting information on the southward expansion of the Strip over the decades?
