I'm from the East Coast and for breakfast many of us enjoy "creamed chipped beef on toast." But I've been coming out to Vegas since the early '70s and had never seen it on a menu anywhere. That's until I discovered one place and one place only that serves this meal every morning -- would you believe the 24-hour coffee shop at the Monte Carlo? It is very, very good ... not quite as good as back home, but a welcome sight on the menu.
