In a few of your columns you've mentioned Las Vegas bars where various NFL team fans hang out on Sundays. I know you've mentioned Packers, Chargers, etc. but I'm a Cowboys fan and my best friend is a Browns fan. Where are the spots for us? In fact, how about a list of the Vegas hangouts for all the different NFL team fans?

I'm coming to Las Vegas in February for a medical convention and I'd like to be able to walk to the Las Vegas Convention Center from my room. If you could list the hotels within walking distance of the Convention Center, along with their approximate distances, it would be most helpful.

I sure missed a once in a lifetime opportunity in 1958 while I lived in Las Vegas. I was offered to buy land way out on Flamingo Road, but I didn't do so. I also heard that some land out away from the city was going for $5 an acre. The question is: Roughly, what was the price of land around Las Vegas in those days, which incidentally was even before Howard Hughes started to buy land there?

I sometimes stay at hotels that don't have workout or health-club facilities. Are there local health clubs within close proximity to the Strip or downtown (drive, cab, walk) that allow visitors to purchase either a one-day or one-week pass? How about the amenities -- showers, towels, etc.?
