Where can I charge my electric car in Las Vegas?

I'm coming to Las Vegas the end of this month. I always get a rental car. Is there a web site that shows road construction so I can do some planning for my trips around town?

What can you do in a car ... with your cell phone? You can’t hold it and text or talk, but can you use a hands-free device to make or receive calls?

What is the best way to handle it when a taxi driver attempts to ‘longhaul’ a passenger? During my last trip, a cabbie attempted to longhaul us, planning to take the tunnel to the Interstate to get us to Bally’s. I stopped him before we got to the tunnel and I called the Taxicab Authority to make a complaint.

Your QOD of 11-14-2011 has me confused. I was under the impression that a McCarran replacement was being built in Jean, NV. Were those plans canceled and being replaced by expanding McCarran’s ability to handle air traffic or is Terminal C a stopgap measure until the Jean airport is up and running?
