Regarding your recent answer about valet charges, one clarification nobody ever seems to mention: Is the recommended tip amount paid twice, once when you leave your car and then again when you get your car back and leave, or do you only tip when you get your car delivered back to you?

Now that the MGM resorts have implemented their new parking and valet fees, did the salary structure for the valets themselves also change? I was under the impression a big portion of their income was based on tips -- has that now changed? And if so, what should be the appropriate level of tipping when using the valet services at the MGM resorts?

If resort fees are such a taboo subject and create such anger, why don't some casinos just raise the rate and advertise "no resort fees"?

After seeing recently that Monte Carlo is being remodeled, I was wondering if this is a complete remodel of both hotel and casino and when the estimated completion date will be? I have a trip to Vegas planned for November.
