I heard a rumor that the Las Vegas Club towers were sold to a timeshare company. Is there any truth to this rumor?

Based on a recent QOD in regards to MayPac, I am now interested in visitor numbers for big events. I know that New Year's Eve is the biggest event of the year, but I would be interested in other big events like March Madness, NASCAR, and others in terms of visitor numbers.
