Is there any update on CET's plan to construct a bazaar at the entrance to Bally's?

If you stay in a Las Vegas hotel longer than 30 days, what are the residency rights you referred to in a recent QoD?

You have probably answered this before, but I was curious. I see the playing cards in gift shops that are marked "played in a casino" or something similar. Sometimes they give them out when you sign up for a player's card. So how long does a deck of cards last in a casino? How old are they when they are removed and sold?

I was wondering what ever happened to Manuel Corchuelo, the person who had a small lot near Naked City that he was trying to get one million dollars for? You ran an article about him in April, 2010.

Several years back I asked you a question about accommodation for the visually impaired in Las Vegas. You did some research on restaurants on the Strip and found that none of them had Braille or large print menus at the time. You said only the Venetian seemed to take your question seriously and that you would follow up on this later. Has anything changed since then? I know at the time you had stated that many properties said that the staff would be happy to read a menu to a blind guest. Well, have you ever tried to get a waiter or waitress to read a menu in a crowded place where they are already overworked? Not likely to happen and if it does, I can pretty much guarantee that if you find anyone to tell you anything, it will be the shortest version possible, asking what you like rather than giving you access to all that is available. Would you please, please follow up on this? We come to Vegas several times a year and this has always been a bone of contention. Is it not time for things to change? Also, while on that subject, we have noticed many casinos now turn down the sound on their slot machines. This certainly makes playing a little fun for those who are blind or visually impaired. Is it okay to push the assistance button for a slot attendant to turn up the sound on the machine?

I read somewhere that the Mint Casino used to offer a "Behind the Scenes Tour" that included the count room and the surveillance catwalks. Can this be true, even in the olden days?

Are there any full-service gas stations on or near the Strip so I don't have to pump my gas before returning my rental car?

This may have been an older QOD, but I was wondering: What is the maximum number of days you can occupy a hotel room by law in Vegas? I’ve heard numbers like 14 and 30 days, before you have to check out (and possibly check back in!). And no, Howard Hughes stay at the Desert Inn doesn’t count for this, since he bought the place!

When researching hotel reviews for an upcoming Vegas visit, one of the most common complaints about many of the hotel/casinos was the lack of coffee makers in rooms. What’s up with that? I think this is 2013!

I just read that 2012 had a record year for the number of visitors to Las Vegas but gambling revenue was less than the 2007 record. How did visitor spending differ in 2012 compared to 2007?
