The TV show "Tanked" is about 2 brothers that build fancy aquariums. One of the episodes showed a gumball aquarium that was supposed to be on the outside verandah at Caesars' Serendipity ice cream parlor. I went to Serendipity 3 in February and June and it's nowhere around. Was it put somewhere else? I realize Feb. is probably too cold for the inhabitants, but the weather was nice in June. They also did an episode on the aquarium at Tropicana's Mob Museum. Do you know if that one is still there? And is the Mob Museum at the Trop now worth seeing?

While driving from California to Las Vegas over the Memorial Day weekend, I saw on the west side of the I-15 about 10 miles before the Nevada border three sizable towers under construction. Do you know who's building them and for what purpose?

Guess this is maybe more something you might want to do a poll on first to see if there's interest, but I'm wondering if you've ever considered an LVA app for smartphones? I personally would pay for it. It would make it easier to stay up with news, bonus points, online coupons, etc. while in town. Thanks for the consideration.

Forbes just posted its "Most Dangerous Cities" list, which is based on 2010 crime data for murder, violent crime, theft, and carjacking in a metropolitan area. I live just outside of the Detroit area, which not surprisingly is #1 with the most murders per capita of any U.S. city; but surprisingly, Las Vegas comes in at #9 on this list. What do you make of this and what's your take on it? We have been visiting the Strip and downtown for 10 years and, except for one incident, we have never had any problems. (I was assaulted--choked--on a bus by a drunk several years ago. It happened during the daytime rush hour on an extremely overcrowded "Deuce" bus. The drunk thought I was talking about him and staring at him--I wasn't.)

My wife and I were at the Bellagio Conservatory on Wednesday and as always were dazzled by the presentation. Several questions came up. Where are all the props stored and how large is the warehouse? Does the Belllagio have their own gardens or where do all the plants come from? Finally how do they get all the large trees and things like the now present lighthouse into the conservatory?

We always rent a car when we visit Vegas and love the horse and mountain-ram sculptures along the I-15. Can you tell me something about them?

Caesars is spending in excess of $500 million on the Linq project and is now eyeing Toronto as a potential site for a new resort. My question is, with all this new building going on why did they let the Margaritaville Hotel & Casino project die in Biloxi? After four years it is still just a huge slab of concrete on the beach. Grand Biloxi is a poor substitute and does about half the business of the Beau Rivage or Hard Rock (just one mile down the road) on a normal weekend.
