We are currently looking at a second home in Las Vegas. Our real estate agent claims the market has already bottomed out and turned. We want to get in at the bottom. Is this true, are prices going to start going back up soon, or is he looking for a quick sale?

I enjoy my satellite radio. At my home outside Savannah, Georgia, if I go into a parking garage, I lose the signal. When in Vegas, I could be in the middle of a multi-level casino parking garage and get excellent reception. What causes the difference in reception?

Re: Your July 29, 2008, question/answer. The answer may not be as straightforward as you imply! Do those figures include conventioneers? And if they do, is there a breakdown of those attending conventions and those just going on vacation? I would guess that the convention traffic is higher then the vacation traffic.
