I seem to remember that back in the '80s (?) there was a TV gameshow based on the game of blackjack, but I don't recall its name. Does that ring any bells with you?

What was the story behind the Old Vegas amusement park in Henderson? When did it open and close? Also, what is on that site now? I understand that a small part of Viva Las Vegas and some "Gunsmoke" episodes were filmed there. Also, they had a small steam locomotive train and tracks set up there too. Just curious if you could provide any more info on this. Thanks.

We caught the tail-end of a show airing on the Travel Channel about someone "breaking the bank" at the Monte Carlo. We’d like to know the rest of the story. Thanks!

Part one: "Last night's 'CSI' episode (10/4/07) featured an indoor go-cart track. Is this a real place or was it built for the show? I'm sure the next time we head to Vegas my son would love to check it out." Part two: "A recent episode of 'CSI' featured a murder that took place in a restaurant that was completely dark, deliberately, where the wait staff were blind and the darkness was meant to enhance your eating experience by heightening the taste sensations. Does such a restaurant really exist in Las Vegas? It sounds bizarre, but I'm intrigued."

A few days ago I saw an episode of "To Tell The Truth" on GSN and saw Anthony Curtis. Is this the same Anthony Curtis who founded the "Las Vegas Advisor"? If so, how long ago was that taped and are there any other bits of interesting info about that episode?

Heard a rumor that actor Lee Marvin actually fired a shot into Vegas Vic downtown back in the '50s. Is this story true?

Saw a program on TV that showed a Las Vegas wine rack so tall, girls were lifted in a harness to get the bottles from the top. I can't remember what hotel it was in. Can you tell me before we go, so I can check it out?

On the National Geographic Channel, I was watching a program called "Vegas Mafia." I saw some old footage of Frank Rosenthal with Oscar Goodman as his lawyer and in the background was a man who looked a lot like a very young Sen. Harry Reid. Was that him and if so, what was his connection to the case or the Mafia?

I've been watching Texas hold 'em tourneys on TV. Do they always burn a card on the flop, turn, and river cards and if so, why?
