I find most of this class of buffets to be a good deal for a weekday breakfast, when they are usually well under $10 and include all the coffee and other soft beverages I want, plus tips for waitserver and omelet chef. Maybe for lunch as well. For dinner or on a weekend, I'd almost always rather go to a full-service restaurant.
