Wondering if you could tell us about the LVA staff? Always great customer service and I feel like many of them have been there a long time.
Thank your for the kudos and for asking about the staff. Since it's specifically about customer service, we'll limit our remarks to that department.
It's true that some of us "have been here a long time" -- to wit, Tanya Maynard, who has 17 years in. Tanya's title is Main Manager, but that barely scratches the surface of what she does, which includes, but is certainly not limited to, training new employees and inculcating in them the customer-service-oriented company culture.
Due to the pandemic, we've experienced some turnover in the past few years, but once Paula Machado showed up as our receptionist/customer-service rep, it's been smooth sailing; Paula's the best CSR we've had in many years and better yet, she likes her job, so we expect her to stay here for a long time to come.
Taylor Mabe is our crack researcher, who also answers the phones.
The level of customer service provided by Paula, Taylor, and Tanya is, obviously, what prompted this question. We're very proud of our customer-service staff and it's always great to hear that others appreciate them too.
