Happy New Year!

Has it really been a year since we resolved to become a better person -- and didn't?

Well, as Mark Twain (or was it Will Rogers?) said, "New Year’s is the accepted day to make your annual resolutions. Next week you can begin paving hell with them as usual."

And as Will Rogers (or was it Mark Twain?) said, "Making resolutions is a cleansing ritual of self-assessment and repentance that demands personal honesty and reinforces humility. Breaking those resolutions is part of the ritual."

To all of you from all of us, Happy New Year! May all your dreams, if not necessarily your resolutions, for the new year come true.
