    Player's Club Cards
A member commented that he has so many cards that he loses out on new customer bonuses. How long do casinos keep your name in their data bases?

    Cards forever
Vickar, they keep cards/accounts in their data base forever. They may stop sending offers after a few years of no action, but the account is still in the system. This way the player can't capitalize on new member perks...he isn't a "new" member. An exception might be if a casino is sold to a totally new company. But, if you see a good promo at a casino you haven't visited in years, try signing up for a new account (don't hand them your old card, BTW!). They'll let you know one way or the other..."Oops, you must have played here a long time ago. Only new sign-ups get the free buffet. Here are your new cards." Boo.
