Question of the Day - 14 November 2018

Q:

Reader Poll Preview: favorite seafood restaurants

A:

Seafood? In the desert? Absolutely! And there's plenty of it. You can get your fresh-fish fix at more than three dozen restaurants and seafood buffets in Las Vegas, which is why we’re running this poll (by suggestion from a reader; thank you). Also, we’ve never taken a survey on seafood eateries before.

Here are your choices of restaurants and buffets. Let us know if we forgot any. And remember, this is just the preview; you can vote for your fave fisheterias next week.

    Seafood
Neither I nor my brother, who is my regular Las Vegas partner since our spouses don't gamble, eat seafood. So for us it would be none of the above. If you're interested in folks who don't eat seafood please add a line for us.

    One more...
I haven’t eaten at any of those choices, but I recently had crab legs at the Bellagio buffet and they were so delicious I had to go back for more!

    Ditto
You need an option for non-seafood eaters.

Oyster Bar (Harrah’s) is listed twice.

Alphabetize the list - perhaps by casino.

    Emeril's?
Is Emeril's Fish House still around? I like(d) that spot. Can I negative vote for Michael Mina's American Fish in the Aria? They have somehow convinced people that imported Hawaiian salt water helps fish cook better - for a $$$$$.

    Seafood
What about Catch at the Aria. What about King Crab buffet at Railroad Pass.

    Another suggestion
We haven't been there in a while but the Wynn Buffet used to have great crab legs and other seafood.

  • Marty Nov-14-2018
    Seafood towers
At Voodoo and at Eifel tower.

    Common sense
C'mon people...it's not a "do you like seafood or not" survey! If you don't like, or eat, seafood..don't vote. Pretty simple.

    Deletion
RM Seafood has closed or soon will be closing so you might as well delete that one.
