Where can I find Sin City Beer these days? We went to the original location in the Miracle Mile Shops and it was gone.
We're sorry to report that Sin City Brewing Co. didn't survive the pandemic.
Launched in 2005 by Richard Johnson, an acolyte of brewing icons Dan Gordon and Dean Biersch, Sin City had expanded to four locations on the Strip: the one you mention at Miracle Mile Shops, plus the Grand Canal Shoppes, Grand Bazaar Shops, and Harmon Corner.
Sin City served five distinct beer types (IPA, amber, stout, weisse, and light, as well as a rotating seasonal tap), brewed in Las Vegas in small batches (100 kegs at a time) and distributed exclusively around southern Nevada. But in mid-June 2020, just when Las Vegas was starting to emerge from the COVID shutdown, Sin City announced that it was going out of business. We were very sorry to see it go.
We heard rumors that it might be making a comeback and reported that the website, SinCityBeer.com, had a headline proclaiming, "New website and store coming soon!" Two and a half years later? Neither a new store nor website and the same headline. So we don't hold out much hope.
