Skyline Casino has a game that is just like Full-Pay Deuces Wild, except that sevens are wild instead of Deuces. The strategy seems intuitive. Does it pay the same 100.76% as FPDW?

No.
If you still have WinPoker installed anywhere, you can analyze this game. The return is 98.80%, which basically means 2% tighter than FPDW.
The reason is due to the straights and straight flushes. With deuces as the wild card, you have 567-9TJ as completely open-ended straight-flush draws. With sevens as your wild card, there are no completely open-ended draws. This lowers your chance for straights as well.
For example, compare K♥ 8♠ 9♠ T♠ 3♥ in both games. Obviously, you hold the spades in both cases. In FPDW, it’s worth 2.60 coins. In Sevens Wild with the same pay schedule, it’s worth 2.02 coins. These differences add up.
All in all, the Skyline has better games and this one should be avoided if your goal is bankroll accumulation and/or preservation.
