In the meantime, here's your list of all the shows, with date ranges, that have been announced for Sphere this year.
The Eagles are heading toward the end of their announced dates, with two just past last weekend, four in September, five in October, and three in November.
Dead & Company are in the middle of their second residency at Sphere, playing tomorrow through Saturday, with three more dates in April and six in May.
Next up is Kenny Chesney, the first country show and the first solo artist to take the Sphere stage. His residency launches on May 22, with five more dates in May and nine in June.
Backstreet Boys take over in July, kicking off 18 shows on the 11th, with eight more shows that month and nine in August.
Last but not least so far for this year is Unity. The specifics about this show are scant, but we know it's electronic dance music, with EDM's two biggest festival operators, Insomniac and Tomorrowland, joining forces to put on three shows in August, six in September, and three in October. These shows all start a couple of hours later than usual, 11:15 p.m., so they sound to us like into-the-wee-hours raves.
