Now that sports gambling is legal everywhere, will the casino apps be able to be used all over the USA? Is there a timeline for this if yes? I travel for work and miss out on a lot of events, because I’m away and the app won’t work.
As of now, apps are good only in states where sports betting is legal and that have approved their use. The sports bettor must also be physically present in those states. That's the same as it's always been in Nevada.
This is expected to change at some point, but it's got a ways to go.
