Nope. Construction of both Virgin and Circa, along with Resorts World and Allegiant Stadium, continued unabated throughout the shutdown, being deemed "essential," even though a number of workers, especially at Resorts World and Allegiant, caught the virus.

Only the MSG Sphere entertainment venue stopped construction and so far, there's no word on when it might resume: not much call in the foreseeable future for an 18,000-seat arena.

The Drew looks like it might be defunct. Financing was sketchy before the shutdown and it reportedly defaulted on bonds held by Korean investors early last month.

For Jackie's comment about choice #7 - it depends on your definition of 'safe'.  To me - that means a vaccine has been developed and is available - period.
Sandra hit it right on the head.  Masks are to reduce (not prevent) the spread to others.  I'm not sure why people can't be more considerate of others. What a simple thing to do.
And as far as when everything reopens we won't need to where a mask.  What universe are you living in?  If reopening everything will get rid of the virus, let's do it now!  
Reopening has nothing to do with getting rid of the virus and not needing masks.

Finishing my post

1. [1 of 3] 1st a typo-correction: I meant "slowly", not "slowing".

2. I totally understand the "need" to go to Vegas; I've got that bug too. I haven't been there since Sept./Oct. But I have a "healthy" fear of getting the virus if I don't wear a mask, so I will wear one when I'm among other people. I won't enjoy wearing a mask for 2 to 3 hours while playing at a machine, but the alternative is just too scary for me. I fear that some of the posters who say they won't wear masks will get the virus, and then say "Rats!" (or, actually, "F**k!" or "Sh*t!"), followed by "Why did I do that?" A few who get the virus will die. The ones who don't die will probably not post that they got the virus, out of embarrassment, so we won't know about their contraction of it.

3. I take a bus from L.A. to Vegas. FlixBus has suspended all US travel. But Greyhound? The obvious path would be for them to only book 1 person per double seat, but they aren't. They are booking as before, which is dangerous.
