With its high-end eateries, party scene, and The Pearl concert venue, the Palms continues to attract out-of-town hipsters while remaining popular with locals for its buffet, food court, and gambling value. Standard accommodations in the Ivory and Fantasy towers are supplemented by more exotic offerings, like poolside bungalows and a range of Fantasy Suites (amenities include a basketball court, bowling lanes, and stripper poles). Panoramic views are available from Ghostbar, while on the ground the Palms is home to the world's largest Hooters. Other amenities available are a 14-screen movie theater -- featuring Vegas' only true IMAX screen -- and a pool complex (home, seasonally, to popular parties and one-off events). The casino offers the usual slots and table games, plus a race and sports book and mobile wagering.
