
20,000 Leagues Under the Sea is a 16-course tasting menu by Chef Taylor Persh. Dinner is served in the Submarine Dining Room at Lost Spirits inside Area15.



Service is for up to 12 guests and is $240 per person which includes elaborate cocktail pairings. Seats are available for reservations up to 3 months in advance. Must book online. The menu does include several ounces of spirits gelled into the food. A non-alcoholic version is not possible.
