    Savory crepe
My wife and I each had a MyVegas reward for a free crepe so we caught the shuttle from Bellagio to Aria. On ordering we were informed Jean Philippe had failed to secure the cream filling required to upgrade the dessert crepes to souffle style. My wife went for the mixed berry crepe anyways while I decided to venture into savory by ordering an Italian crepe (prosciutto, seasoned zucchini, roasted red peppers, pesto sauce). As expected, hers proved to be merely okay while mine was worthy of a repeat performance.

    MyVegas again
We once again had MyVegas rewards for crepes. This time the patisserie had the cream for the mixed berry crepe that my wife ordered so it was again very good. Since I was so happy last time with the Italian crepe (galette), I chose to go the same the same route this time and was not disappointed.

    MyVegas again
My wife and I again redeemed MyVegas rewards for this patisserie. In my case it was a dessert while my wife redeemed the crepe reward. In the past these were considered interchangeable since a dollar amount is credited to each of our MyLive slot cards, but the cashier initially wanted to limit me to an item in the dessert display case. She backed off after I explained our past experience. We both ordered our usual crepes, mixed berry souffle for her and the Italian for me. Both were very good. One note: it has been reported that the affiliation with Jean Philippe at this location and the one in Bellagio will terminate in early 2018 with his name removed though the current employees are expected to continue in their respective positions. Hopefully, quality will not suffer.
