This restaurant was reviewed in the March 2012 LVA; some of the information contained in the review may no longer be accurate. When you think of a place like Benihana, you might assume it’s just a gimmicky thing where you’re paying as much for the hibachi cooking show as you are for the food, but that hasn’t been our experience. We had an amazing steak on our last visit and the amount of food you get is impressive. Trust us, with soup, salad, shrimp appetizer, and the main course with vegetables on the side, you don’t need an extra starter. Hence, the price will range from $26 for chicken to $40-$50 for steak and seafood (which is what you want to order here), making this dinner choice good and fun, as well as reasonable.
