Offering a French interpretation of a classic American staple—the hamburger. Looking for a Vegas splurge? One of the world’s most lauded burgers is found here: the much-talked about $777 Kobe beef and Maine lobster burger. There is also a location in Bally's.

This restaurant was reviewed in the November 2009 LVA; some of the information contained in the review may no longer be accurate. Want a burger? Try the Burger Brasserie, located in the connector between Paris and Bally’s. It’s open seven days a week starting at 11 am and serves up just about any type of burger you can think of: chicken burgers, turkey burgers, lamb burgers, salmon burgers, veggie burgers, and traditional hamburgers in several variations, including sliders, along with plenty of non-burger selections. All run $11 to $13 (except for a $19 Kobe and a $777 job that comes with lobster and Dom Perignon). They get you on the $4 extra for fries, but there’s enough in a single order for two. This is a sports bar, with 14 plasmas (including a 15'x15' big screen), so it’s an excellent call if you want to eat and catch a game. Now for the best part: Coupon #81 in the LVA Member Rewards Book gets you two burgers for the price of one, which means they’re about $6 apiece (or two $777 Burgers for $388.50 each).
