It costs $8, but compared to that Boulud burger at the Wynn, it’s a downright bargain. Cafe Gelato is a little place, located in the hallway to the business center, that serves excellent—pre-made, but still fresh—roast beef and turkey sandwiches, along with a few types of panini (the chicken is good). It’s the convenience that makes this such a find, but the quality of the sandwiches is also strong. For example, the roast beef is topped with horseradish sauce and made with a rarity: rare roast beef. The shop specializes in ice cream and sorbet, which are also top quality. Hours are 7 a.m.-11 p.m. daily (midnight on weekends).
