I just don't get it

The last 2 times I have been here, this place is always crazy busy with a line to get in at most times, but each time I came I purchased cupcakes and both times I had at least one that was stale, like hard stale, not just a day old. 
Now I spend my money elsewhere when I'm at the Venetian at Bouchon or getting cookies from Grand Lux instead.
