This restaurant was reviewed in the February 2011 LVA; some of the information contained in the review may no longer be accurate. Beautiful restaurant; so-so food. That was our take when we went for appetizers during the free-fights promotion at the Golden Nugget (see Entertainment). This place sparkles, with a gorgeous interior and a bar hitched to a 75,000-gallon indoor aquarium. There are lots of TVs and a comfortable lounge area where you can watch, eat, and drink, with libations starting at $4.85 for a Budweiser. The only problem is the food doesn’t quite live up to the rest of it. We tried a trio of soups, fried asparagus, hummus sampler ($8 apiece), and a seafood tower ($42 for two). Nothing stood out. But again, the setting and how it fit into the evening made up for it. Entrées here are in the $20s and $30s.
