Cipriani

Cipriani, a venerable Italian restaurant, opened at the Wynn in November 2018 in the Plaza shopping area. Cipriani has four locations in New York (plus two in Europe and one in Hong Kong). The restaurant company is now run by the great-grandson of Giuseppe Cipriani, who opened the original location in Venice, Italy, in 1931 as Harry's Bar, where carpaccio and bellinis were invented. Larger-than-life photographs of Cindy Crawford, Eva Herzigova, and Naomi Campbell, to name three, hang on the walls and shelves are stocked with expensive coffee-table books.

The restaurant serves lunch and dinner. This is classic Italian: eggplant parmesan, risotto, veal and lamb chops, the signature baked tagliolini with ham, and the renowned vanilla meringue cake.
