Craft + Community Bar & Grill replaced the seven-year-old Culinary Dropout at the Hard Rock in early 2019. Other than the name and some of the food, little about the space changed; it’s still looks a gastropub, with roll-up doors out to the pool patio and live entertainment from a house band.
The menu is slightly different than the typical sports bar: antipasti, such as a cheese “cellar” ($5-$6), aged meats ($7-$9), and the full monty ($35); braised short-rib nachos ($16); a half-pound of king crab legs ($24) and black bass ($21); squash ravioli ($17); and strawberry lemonade pudding cake ($9). Ten beers on tap ($7-$10) and 18 craft beers in a bottle, plus wine by the glass and bottle and cocktails round out the offerings.
There’s a happy hour from 3 to 6 p.m. It’s located on the casino floor adjacent to the pool with indoor and outdoor seating for more than 320, so it gets pretty loud and raucous on weekends, when it’s open till 11 p.m.
