The extensive menu brings sandwiches to a whole new artistic level with options like the Full Montagu, roasted beef, turkey, Swiss and cheddar; Original 1762, roasted beef, cheddar, horseradish sauce; and the Earl's Club with turkey, bacon and Swiss. Each is made with fresh-baked, artisan bread and the finest ingredients. For a taste of the tropics, try Hawaiian BBQ – grilled chicken, ham, Swiss, pineapple and BBQ sauce. Salads, wraps, vegetarian, and gluten-free options are also available.

Breakfast sandwiches served until 11 a.m.
This restaurant was reviewed in the December 2007 LVA; some of the information contained in the review may no longer be accurate. This new sandwich shop at Planet Hollywood isn’t unique to Las Vegas, with eight other outlets scattered around the country. But it’s unlike most of the sandwich shops in town. There are about a dozen versions of the same style of sandwich, which is something of a cross between a toasted sub and a panini, with meat, melted cheese, and toppings such as horseradish sauce or bleu cheese. For example, the “original” is roast beef, horseradish, and melted cheddar cheese—think Arby’s, only better. The sandwiches are fairly big and all are just $5.75. Salads and side dishes are also available. These sandwiches are tasty and priced right, but the Earl of Sandwich is a bit tough to find (it’s not on any of the signs). Head back toward the corner of the casino, near the sports book. Hours are 6 am to midnight on weekdays and until 2 am on weekends.
