Edo Gastro Tapas & Wine

Choosing ones final meal, as any condemned man will tell you, should not to be taken lightly so I chose carefully and truly was looking forward to our last meal in Las Vegas.  As it turned out, my request for paella was not accommodated as it has been removed from the menu.  

My wife and I received small glasses of a refreshing gaspacho as an amuse to commence the festivities.  Accepting our server's suggestions, we began by sharing a green tartare (zucchini and avocado with a pistachio vinaigrette) and the crab cake a la donostiarra (snow crab, fried kimchi, egg) tapas that were equally delightful.  These were followed by the arroz meloso con uni (bomba rice with octopus) that was again a taste delight.  

We found portion size relative price to be low so place a Benjamin or two in your wallet if you have a large appetite. This generalization was not true with respect to the flan that just may have been the best ever encountered and, trust me, we have enjoyed a lot of flan.
