The American version of La Favorite Bistro on Rue de Rivoli in Paris, Favorite Bistro, opened at the LINQ promenade just before Christmas 2018. The 2,500-square-foot space next to Sprinkles cupcake shop seats 140, including a patio right on the promenade, and touts the "best of American and French" and "a European spin on comfort food."
The menu has all the favorites, as the name implies: French onion and mushroom soups, short ribs bourguignon, cassoulet, lamb shanks, surf and turf, croque monsieur, and creme brulee, but also burgers and fries and the like for the hordes passing through on the way to the High Roller.
