Harrah's has never been known for its food quality and the buffet is no exception. We gave it a tepid review when it was revamped in 2006 (click on LVA Review to the upper right) and it hasn't changed at all in the past dozen or so years, except for the price creeping ever upwards. It's doable in a pinch or with a comp, but a family of four will pay upwards of $100, plus tax and tip, for dinner and for that much money, we figure you can get just as much food, fresher, and better quality at just about any coffee shop on the Strip.

Harrah’s—The revamped buffet has been renamed Flavors and now sports a modern look similar to that of Cravings (Mirage) or Dishes (TI). It’s a multi-station buffet with a small seafood selection that includes fresh medium-sized shrimp and cut sushi rolls of average quality. The rotisserie chicken and Chinese are decent, but the best of it is the ice cream and gelato for dessert, from which you can craft a mean sundae. Overall, this one just doesn’t pack enough fire-power for the price: breakfast $12.99, lunch $14.99, dinner $18.99.
