This noodle shop, which opened in late December 2018 at Park MGM, serves pan-Asian food (Chinese, Vietnamese, and Thai) in a casual contemporary setting with a covered outdoor patio. Lah is Mandarin Chinese for "pulled" and all the noodles are hand-pulled (twice?) in the kitchen: lo mein, chow mein, crispy, rice, Singapore-style, and Dan Dan noodles (rumor has it that the executive chef hails from Walla Walla, WA). Other Asian dishes include pot stickers, shrimp rolls, bao buns, and clay-pot catfish. La La also offers an extensive selection of sake and wine -- all to the accompaniment of an "electric eighties" soundtrack.
