It’s not exactly a bargain play, but the Lobster ME stand in the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood will take care of your lobster cravings. There are several selections, like lobster rolls for $17 and $23, lobsicle (lobster on a stick) for $14, and lobster mac & cheese for $11. Aside from a sub-par ceviche, we liked everything we tried, especially the lobster shooter with vodka ($8). If they’re handing out coupons, you can get $5 off a $20 purchase, so the way to play it is to order as close to $20 as you can (if there are two of you, order separately and you’ll get two discounts), then go back and order one item at a time till you’re full. Careful, you can easily walk right by this place. It’s located to the right as you look into the mall from the Planet Hollywood entrance. Hours are 9 am to 11 pm weekdays and till midnight on weekends.
