A classic old-school throwback to the Rat Pack days, this off-the-Strip Italian steakhouse and bar remains popular both with locals and "in-the-know" out-of-towners -- don't be surprised to spot the odd celebrity dining or hanging out at the bar. Piero's used to be among the most expensive joints in town, but its prices have remained fairly steady, allowing the newcomers on the block to take over, price-wise, so the steaks here no longer seem so hair-raising.
