    Best quiche in Las Vegas?
We have made 5 trips to Las Vegas since the restaurant first opened in Aug, 2015 and on each trip we have made our way to Rosallie. This time my wife ordered her usual chevre quiche salad while I chose the tartiflette quiche w/salad. These might just be the 2 best quiches in Las Vegas. One other dish I have had that was equally delicious was the Nord (smoked salmon) sandwich.

We did not neglet the pastries.
We were again torn between ordering appetizing pastries or our usual quiches. The quiches won out, but we did not entirely neglect the pastries, purchasing a large raspberry for dessert for later that evening. Christophe, the new manager who previously served as the lead baker, took our orders and delivered coffee to our table. My wife loved the tartiflete (tartiflette cheese, bacon, sauteed onions, and red potatoes) quiche as I knew she would having ordered it a few times in the past. I went with her (previous) favorite, the chevre quiche which included spinach, goat cheese and tomatoes. Both proved to be excellent as was the raspberry croissant that we shared later that evening.

    There is quiche
When you have dined as often as we have at a particular restaurant it is difficult to add much to your reviews so let me make mine brief and to the point. There is quiche and then there is quiche at Rosallie, no one should ever confuse the two. On our recent visit my wife ordered the quiche chevre while I went with my traditional quiche tartiflette, each was served with a small salad. Hers was excellent, mine better. 5 Forks out of a possible 5.

Oh, how we love our Rosallie
We visited this French cafe twice on our recent vacation. Our first visit coincided with my wife's birthday. I went with my usual quiche tartiflette (tartiflette cheese, hardwood bacon, red potatoes, sauteed onions) that was accompanied by a small salad. The birthday girl celebrated by ordering the recently introduced brioche French toast with housemade strawberry preserves. Mine was very good though a bit heartier than usual due to the volume of potatoes, hers was a certified gastronomic delight rising to "best ever" status. She could not and did not depart without complimenting the chef.

When plans for brunch at a nearby bakery fizzled out 4 days later, we returned for version 2.0. What to order was not a problem for my wife who again ordered the brioche French toast with strawberry preserves. I decided on quiche Lorraine with side salad that also achieved "best ever" status. Oh, how we love our Rosallie.
