There's no Kobe beef on this menu, but the steaks are bigger and nearly as tender. Sonoma Cellars is the fancy new steakhouse at Sunset Station. With beautiful decor, an efficient wait staff, and high-end steaks, it's one of those Las Vegas gems that's good enough to be a mainstay at a Strip casino, but is priced a notch lower to fit in with the profile of the property. We're not claiming cheap, mind you; most of the entrees are priced in the mid-twenties ($45 lobster tail), but applying the $7-per-person discount from your POV coupon gets the price down into a more moderate range. A couple going all out with appetizers, desserts, and drinks might crack $100 before the tip, but you'll still come away feeling good about the experience.
