Tatsujin X is an absolutely authentic teppanyaki restaurant from Mitsuo Endo, the chef at the famed Vegas restaurant Raku, who’s been nominated for more James Beard awards than we can count. This eatery has a 13-seat teppan counter, with seating for only another 12 diners at tables.
Tatsujin is a fixed-price fixed-meal Japanese/Asian steakhouse that serves an eight-course meal for $50 to $70, depending on your choices. You can choose four of the courses: salad, pancake or rice, beef or seafood, and dessert. The other four are whatever the cooks are whipping up in the kitchen.
This is a place for foodies, adventurous eaters, and sophisticated diners who, in the words of local food critic and Eating Las Vegas author John Curtas, “like to sit down, enjoy the show, and let the chefs work their magic.”
