Membership Terms
Gold membership is free of charge with a valid email address.
Diamond membership is an automatic monthly fee of $3.00 USD. It is nonrefundable. No exceptions. You may cancel your Diamond membership at any time in order not to be charged automatically on your next monthly renewal dates.
Once the cancellation goes through, access to Las Vegas Advisor’s digital content can be revoked at any time.
Platinum membership is a yearly fee of $50.00* USD. Members have the option to make it automatically renew once a year.
The Platinum membership includes the Member Rewards Book (MRB) of premium Las Vegas coupons. For coupon Terms and Conditions, see the back of the individual coupons in the MRB. Or reference them on our website in the Member Rewards List page. Each coupon varies so please inspect them closely before usage. Note that coupons must be removed in the presence of the venue’s cashier; otherwise, they may be void. Coupons in the MRB expire on various dates in the last week of the year in which the membership was purchased for.
Even if no coupons have been used, one year’s Member Rewards Book cannot be exchanged for any other year’s. No exceptions.
Platinum memberships can not be fully refunded if even one coupon in the MRB was used and/or if any MROs were printed out during the time the account was active.
The date of automatic renewal for any membership is not adjustable.
If you join with the Diamond membership, then upgrade to a full Platinum membership, your membership will start on that day for the year and your monthly fee will be canceled. No proration is available.
All payments due under these terms will be paid in U.S. Dollars. Conversion of foreign currency to U.S. Dollars will be made at the conversion rate existing in the United States.
Resale, trading, and/or giveaways of any Member Rewards (Book/Online) Coupons will result in an immediate ban of the user account associated.
*$50 is the base rate before any additional changes such as mailing the MRB or hotel delivery.
Discussion And Submission Guidelines
Gold members only have the ability to comment and post under the Welcome / New Users and Questions to the Staff forums.
Diamond and Platinum members have the ability to comment on all LasVegasAdvisor.com content with a comment section.
By this point in the evolution of digital communication, the same kind of “netiquette” as everyday etiquette is assumed. We take a decidedly laissez-faire approach to the opinions, beliefs, assertions, allegations, contentions, etc. of our members.
We believe in almost unfettered freedom of speech; it’s only when comments get too personal, nasty, or profane, or the politics get too distracting, disruptive, or disconnected that we have to intervene.
In those cases, we never censor. We deactivate the comment, so it’s not visible.
Technical Conditions
In order to join our membership and access our members only content, it is required to have:
• the current version of the web browser supported by the manufacturer with Internet access (eg Opera, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari);
• an active email account;
• an up-to-date tool/program handling electronic files in formats in which digital content is provided in (eg *.zip, *.pdf, *.mobi, *.pub, *.doc, *.docx, *.xsl).
If it is necessary to meet additional technical requirements or update the existing ones in order to view the newsletter, including the digital services and content provided on our website.

A person can only have one account with Las Vegas Advisor. A person can only procure 2 MRBs under their account per calendar year. If multiple accounts are detected with similar to the exact same information, all accounts could be subjected to being labeled as spam accounts and banned from purchasing future memberships.
Privacy Policy
The privacy of our members is paramount. We will not communicate / spread / publish / sell or otherwise give away member’s personal information to anyone, including third parties. All communications to members will come from Las Vegas Advisor or Huntington Press.
