The 2026 Member Rewards Book (AKA the Coupon Book)
This is a pocket sized booklet you MUST physically have to use any of the coupons.
This can NOT be printed online.
The MRB can only be used one calendar year per person.
No transferring/trading/reselling or giving away.
The coupons do NOT lose any value until the last week of December.

You just walk in and let us know the name and email address on the order and we will verify your information and hand you the Member Rewards Book.
If you want someone other than yourself to pick up the MRB, you must leave a note in the “Order notes” section of the checkout page (bottom left of page).
You can buy the Platinum Membership in person, but it will take some time to create your order. We accept cards and cash. New members must buy with a card and have a matching ID.
We use USPS to mail out our Member Rewards Books.
There are two shipping options per location.
US Address:
+$3.50 for paper envelope – NO tracking* – Takes 10 – 15 business days
+$7.00 for bubble mailer – Tracking – Takes 7 business days
Canada Address:
+$5 USD for paper envelope – NO tracking* – Takes 4 – 6 weeks
+$19 USD for bubble mailer – Tracking – Takes 1 – 3 weeks
International Address:
+$7 USD for paper envelope – NO tracking* – Takes 5 – 7 weeks
+$21 USD for bubble mailer – Tracking – Takes 3 – 4 weeks
*Please note any order with NO tracking is not eligible for a one time free replacement in case it’s lost.
If there are two customers that lives at the same address, buying two $3.50 shipping qualifies both orders for our $7 shipping and will be mailed together in one bubble mailer. Making both orders eligible for free replacement if they get lost. They do have to ordered within the same hour or leave a note for our staff in the “Order notes” section of the checkout page (bottom left of page) that you would want them mailed together.
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Not doing so can result in your order being cancelled and refunded.
We also require the following information: Hotel, Date, Est. Arrival Time, Reservation Name, and Contact Number. It needs to be left in the “Order notes” section of the checkout page (bottom left of page).
If the required information is not entered your order will be placed on hold and canceled by the end of the week.
Undeliverable Hotels: Cosmopolitan, Flamingo, Harrah’s, The Linq, Paris, Park MGM, Plaza [on Sundays], Resorts World Hilton, Sahara and Westgate Flamingo Bay Resort.
If there is a group going to the same hotel, only one person has to pay the hotel delivery fee. Everyone else can buy “Hold for pick up” for $50 but leave a note to include with the individual who paid for hotel delivery in the “Order notes” section of the checkout page (bottom left). The MRBs will all be added to the same envelope.
Here’s the process: Our own employee will go to the hotel on the day of your arrival. They will go to the registration desk initially. The hotel employees will direct our employee where to leave it. We will take note of where it was left and the employee’s name (if possible). Our employee will then call the customer with details of the delivery. If the customer does not answer we always leave a voicemail. If you’re an international customer you will be emailed the details instead.
Our system does not allow you to buy more than one membership at a time.
There are no discounts for group orders.

You will need to provide the following information per person: full name, email address, address, and phone number. Also, the date you would like the coupon books by.
We will reach back out with the details then you will have to call us to pay the total.
Alternatively, you could purchase for each person in your group.
Mailed: When there is at least 2 weeks before planned usage of coupon books.
In the checkout area you can provide your billing information, but you will have to provide the person’s Phone, Email address, Account username (use their email), and Create account password.
Then, click the “Ship to a different address” and put their name and shipping information. (Even if you want it mailed to yourself.)
In the “Order notes” section of the checkout page (bottom left of page) add a note similar to “I John Doe am buying a gift membership for Jane Doe. Please have it shipped to my billing address”.
Hold: When you want to pick up the coupon books for everyone.
In the checkout area, you can provide your own billing information, but you will have to provide the person’s Phone, Email address, Account username (use their email), and Create account password.
Then, you have to provide their full name and shipping address in the “Order notes” section. Including a note similar to “I John Doe am buying a gift membership for Jane Doe. Please have it ready to be picked up by me”.
IF the required information is not entered OR you put all your own information but only a different email address, your order will be placed on hold then canceled.
The Member Rewards Online Coupons (MROs)
These coupons are NOT in the Member Rewards Coupon Book.
All of them MUST be printed to be redeemed. No phone redemption.
Please use a computer or laptop to print. Phones and tablets do NOT work with our website.
These are coupons that did not meet our MRB deadline or opted to be online.
You’ll have immediate access to print any MRO once you buy the Platinum Membership.
You will see the “View Details” buttons are different colors. Each one represents the tiers of memberships that have access to them. Platinum members have access to ALL of the MROs.
You can visit our office during business hours and print out 3 MROs for free.
